Our NEW Lady Allure membership offers a great payment option, interest free for minimal invasive procedures:

Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, or Restylane products.

Membership also includes PDO threads to lift skin and rebuild collagen.

*Total of price of treatment package will be automatically deducted from an approved bank account as a monthly membership for services presently rendered and all future treatments. Member is responsible to pay the full amount of the treatment package in 6 months. Member will be charged on the last day of the sixth month for the remaining balance if it is not paid in full. The member will be debited into another contract agreement unless otherwise.

**Memberships can be paid upfront or automatically deducted from your account each month. Membership programs are available for 6 or 12-month terms.
